I'm just curious, what do you people out there do in between shaves regarding your razor? I, generally, do 10 laps on a pasted strop - 30 or son on my linen and 50 -100 on the leather. You see, I was originally taught to straight razor shave before the internet and before access to such a large amount of information I (we) have today. The gentleman, who was the only person I knew that shaved with a straight razor, told me to stay away from the hones. He didn't use a pasted strop - probably never even heard of one. He only had one razor, one hone, and one leather strop, and he did just fine. I'm just wondering what you guys do, day in and day out? Do you think I'm overdoing it? Or maybe under-doing it? Opinions? Thanks.
