Does your man shave your legs?
Not to get too personal here but I've found one of the best things about getting into proper shaving is my lady's eagerness to have me shave her legs. Pretty much the best way to practice lather making and shaving technique I can think of!

My fiance lets me shave her legs once a week. It really helped me learn how use my straights. Especially around her knees, that really helped when it came to learning how to shave my chin area. She absolutely loves it though, she always gets razor bumps when she uses her dispospble but nit a bump in sight when I shave her legs. Now
I just need to convince her to learn to do it herself that way she won't give me any flac for buying all the goodies!DBVulcan likes this.

While she was pregnant with our most recent my wife let me shave her. She got a few nicks around her ankle and I missed some by her knees.
She did tell me that other than the spots I missed that those were the smoothed her legs have been and the longest they've stayed that way.
Now she won't let me near them. I am working on getting her to try a mild DE but she'll have none of it. I'm happy enough when she asks me to make lather for her.
The Omega 10048 with some über made with Real Shave Co. sensitive cream, 5 drops of glycerin, and a smidge of VDH for the almond scent and she's a happy camper.

My wife won't let me touch her with a straight. I'll keep bugging her though. Maybe it'll happen some day.

If you "bug" her about it, I can promise you will piss her off a long before you will gain permission to shave her. Maybe start with asking if she would like you to make her some lather when she's ready to shave. If you push, she'll never be interested. Originally Posted by dewey81
