Three weeks?! OK, we definitely have to expand the scope of the thing:
- Whey Pat Tavern, St Andrews (already dealt with)
- Drovers Inn, Inverarnan (up near top end of Loch Lomond). Hands-down my all-time favourite pub. You want atmosphere? They've got it - it has apparently been around since 1705
- Ben Nevis Inn (outside Fort William on the shoulder of Ben Nevis). Hands-down the most spectacular setting for a pub in Scotland: gorgeous!
Oh, right... you were asking about razors... sorry about that.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

I don't think they have razors over there.... Haven't you seen Braveheart?

Oh man, don't get me started on that piece of... I used to do an entire lecture on Braveheart. Basically if you want to know *anything* about late 13th or early 14th-century Scotland and Anglo-Scottish relations, watch Braveheart and then believe the opposite of what you've just seen.

Well, I've done some research and I don't think there's going to be too much shopping happening.... If I stumble across something that would be great, but I don't think there will be too man shopping tips to be had.
There will however be a substantial number of trips to some of these pubs that were mentioned. I love the idea of going to a pub that is from the 1700s, that is amazing and I can't wait.
I'll try to get some pics up if I make it there....and if I remember.
Thanks all for the answers.
