Building lather on face - better
The last three mornings, I've built my lather on my face rather than in a bowl (using Taylor's Rose and Lavender creams).
It definitely lubricates the face better.
Before, after the N-S pass on my cheek, I had no problem pulling up on my cheek to stretch the skin (i.e. there was nothing left on my skin). Now, my cheek is still slippery, a clear indication of much better lubrication.
Also, the used lather on the blade is much thicker.

That is the truth. I think with creams building the lather on your face works great. Less time consuming and less to clean up afterward.

I don't use creams that much but the first time I used one it was apparent to me that the face is the best place to work with it.
