Thankyou for this great resource. No one can ever satisfy every customer/client/member. No one who regularly participates on any shaving forum believes that you want to keep this client's razor or would want anything other than being as helpful as reasonably possible to those interested in straight razors and wet shaving..

What does a Bed and Breakfast have to do with shaving?

I called him and left him a message that I would prefer he never send me another razor.
And this is why your job is better than most....

Sorry for the troubles ofc, but this is one heck of a silver lining. Cue Johnny Paycheck in 3,2, 1...

I think its really a shame that sometimes in business we have to deal with people of unknown character.
Unfortunate, the customer in question could not be gentleman enough to deal directly with you instead of publicly announcing the fact that he must hide behind a keyboard to feel like he'd been victorious in the dispute. I have read many posts here from you Lynn and countless others who I consider men of integrity and I guess thats why I stay here. You have created an informative and friendly forum here the population of which demonstrates that decency. I dont think in this arena, that your reputation can be tarnished.
Sorry to hear, this too shall pass
    Best regards,

Don't let it ruin your fun. :<0) I used to have a 5th generation farrier and he used to say "bad publicity is still publicity". People will forget the bad and still remember your name. And they will hear the good things later and then judge for themselves.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

I might start a new site called 'Wombat and Blade'. We shall have a bashing policy. We shall swear a lot and talk about politics, guns and shaving ummm 'down there'... I think it'll work... There seems to be a market for it...
Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Gee, He had to wait three extra days to get his razor that was honed by Lynn. What is his problem? It's definitely worth the wait.
