Thanked: 0That was the question and comment that I posed in the other giveaway thread. Aikicougar's faced with a need, as likely a number of us new to shaving are. But we feel bad stepping forward with lists. I'm impressed Chris did. And guy, if I had a spare strop I'd fire one at you. I know what it's like to not have. I'm looking at working some crazy hours to try to pick up the cash to buy some hones so I don't have to use my arkansas stones. But I at least have something that I can use in the mean time.
As the proposed postcount idea. Yes, some of us don't know when to shut up . And some of us tend to be the silent type, most certainly not me. I'd hate to think I'm getting rewarded for adding to the website's bandwidth and server load.

I have a couple of razors I can donate. I tend to be one of the silent ones. I still follow the threads, but generally don't have much to add. Sort of like the proverbial owl, The less he spoke the more he heard, the more he heard the less he spoke. Lynn, I'll ship the razors to you asap.

Josh,
I am still in on that giveawy as well. I had wondered what happened to that project and am still glad to help with both giveaways.

Thanked: 13Very interesting. Though I'm not sure how you would choose how to give it to? I'm sure that there's plenty on newbies here who would love to get their hands on some of this stuff (not exculding myself from this ), but I think I lot of them wouldn't think that they could justify sayinf "PLEASE CAN I HAVE SOME OF IT? PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE" (again, not exculding myself from this ).
This is a lot of stuff for one person. Personally I would not use all of it so I would have to give some of it away to some other newbies (perticually Tony's #1 Best strops since I just bought one the other month, and maybe the soap, and any brushes (I'm happy with my Kent BK2).
I think a raffel would be a good idea, but how would you say how would got into it and how wouldn't?
