Thanked: 0I have bought many things of of ebay including several razors. Contact ebay they have a form you can file a complaint, once you do that he will get notice a complaint has been filed and will try to resolve it.

I did that over the weekend and he gave me a refund today. That's highly to his credit, but I still hold out hope that the blade will turn up.

I had a similar story, guy sent it out, I waited, we communicated and still nothing, over a week went by maybe longer, he went to the post office to send something out to another eBay winner and found out he didn't have the right postage on my package so it was just sitting there waiting. He put new postage on and I got the item....A happy ending.

You have to open a claim before it's too late.
After the claim is handled, the razor will probably show up in the mail. USPS has done this to me three times.
Seller should have gotten a tracking number. One time, in band camp, I shaved with a Gold Dollar razor.

Great News!!
I have the razor!!
Apparently the mailman delivered to 1335 instead of my address of 1355. There was 50 cents postage due, and they just didn't go get it because they hadn't ordered anything. Eventually curiosity got the better of them, and they went and picked it up, paid the fifty cents and today brought it over. I have it and it's beautiful!
Sent the guy an email about rebilling me for the razor. All is right with the world. When the Dude is recognized in the world, unDudeness will be seen everywhere--- the Dude de Ching
