I have a confession to make
OK guys: time for me to own up! I do occasionally use an electric shaver. When in a hurry in the morning I may resort to my Braun: Braun 2778 Cruzer2 Shaver
I inherited it from my father, a life-long DE shaver until he could no longer shave himself. My mother used it to shave him till he died.
Anyone else that uses an electric shaver more or less often?

I have never used an electric shaver. Since you had the courage to confess, in front of this crowd no less, we can probably
form a support group and, if you are committed to helping yourself, move you through our 12 step recovery program. : )Bob

Thanked: 3227Tried one out many years ago and gave up. All I succeeded in doing was get a good dose of razor burn from trying to make make it give a close shave.

I've never tried one, was always afraid of my face getting caught up in the whirling madness. Plus, from what I've seen, those things are pretty darn expensive. I could buy a couple of straights for the price and they'll outlast an electric by a lifetime.

That's only 30 pounds. These days with postage that's equivalent to one Gold Dollar.
I once tried one, it looked sexy like yours but it didn't feel right for me. And it took about 20 minutes and still wasn't very good. I wish it did, I like the idea of just having an electric shaver, especially when travelling.
How is it for you?
I also miss the water on the face. Somehow can't start the day right without washing the face.I love the smell of shaving cream in the morning!
