Guys, I had a blast today. There was a bunch of knowledge in that room today. I feel like I learned a ton. Now I just need to upgrade some stones. Everyone was awesome and it was so nice to meet all of you. I really look forward to another meet. A big thanks to Glen and Victor for all that went into putting this together.
Time for a nightcap and a pillow.
    Thanks again everyone, Jeff.

Remember guys, we don't have to wait a whole year to do this again.

Amen to that! The amount of shared knowledge in that room was really amazing. I very much enjoyed speaking to and learning from everyone, from correcting bevel setting techniques to talking shop, and of course all of the friendly banter! A wonderful group was there for sure. Great event guys. I am glad I was able to be a part of it.

Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Thanks to Glen and Victor for putting on a great get together. After this session, I am sure that my honing and stropping will take another step upward. Also, enjoyed talking to everyone. You're right Victor, let's shoot for a get together later to relieve some of the gloom of winter.

    Thumbs up

I think this was the largest meet we have had in Denver, out of the six
We were up to 4 honing stations going at one time there for awhile, sooooooo many finishers and different hones there I lost track of how many different ones I used

Lots of new faces this year and of course many old friends I would venture to say about 50/50 to those that had attended in the past vs first time attendees..

Gotta say Gabe thinking of bringing his Computer and USB Microscope really was a great idea, it helped everyone see the edge and talk about it in real time..

Noswad/Don's collection of razors has grown of the years to beyond stunning he had to hand out drool napkins every time somebody walked up to see them all,.. hehehe

Bluesman7/Victors explanations of steel and how it works and use of a Dryerase board to illustrate many of the points we were making really helped the newer guys grasp things better..
Those that stuck around to the end actually got a small sample of why his knick name is Bluesman too.. Some nice licks on that Harmonica made it quite clear to us all

Really cool to meet Chopper Dave who came up from TN for the meet, and Steve who was up from OK by shear luck of his job sending him to Denver at the perfect time LOL

Finally got to meet Mark in person who I have talked to multiple times on the phone and just missed meeting up with in Puerto Vallarta this past Spring..

Really a stand out meet this year, if it gets any bigger they might have to expand that room for us it was literally standing room only this time ..

I only took a couple of pics

I wanted this one of Don getting one that I had just restored as it is rather rare for me to get to see somebody's face when they open a package

I know Nightblade/Steph took some more so we should get to see some soon
