Thread: Midsouth meet ups for 2018

Well i have moved down south about 40 miles from Memphis. We are in the process of buying a home. So with this in mind will there be any meets down this way. I know we used to have the mid mo meet. With this in mind I maybe able to host but that will be way at the end of the year. Just some food for thought.

Wish you were still in Tomah so I would have somewhere to go besides my garage.

We had a meetup in Nashville last year. Unfortunately, there was a massive wreck that closed the freeway and attendance was light. We didn't have one this year.

randy i am making posts. i am going to get my house on 18 feb. i go to school until like the beginning of august. im sure it would be nice if you northerns could come down in like oct for some nice weather

There will be one in Wichita Falls, TX come February. THis one is held annually, I think it's the 6th or 7th annual meet. This one if always full of some extremely knowledgeable razor guys & someone can always learn something from the making of razors all the way to shaving.

TC from Tennessee has been coming several years now...

jballs, I'm in Oakland as I said before. so I,m in the area about 20 miles from you. and a few years ago I was going to do one, but circumstances prevented, but I would be happy to help you with it, if not even host it. from my experience it takes a fairly large area in your garage, or I researched, getting a hall at the VFW or the like. Randy is your best friend when it comes to promoting and set up, plus most of the northern guys would try to come. we do have a few Tn. guys so it should be a good turn out no matter the out of state guys, plus we should be able to get Brian Brown in too, Rhensley, Steve56 and them may be able to come. forgot Chopperdave too. and October would be a great ime here in our part of the country. If at all possible I would love to go to a meet in TN. I'm at the Tn. River. 1/2 way between memphis and nashville.

If there is a Meetup and Tc has anything to do with it.... I'm In!
