Bon found this plate in a store in Burk Burnette. It is plate 61/100

Burk Burnette's nickname is "Boom Town". A movie of that name was made in the 60s. Picture in a local restaurant (The Feed Lot) was used to make the plate image.

The Morelle candle was made by Tim's wife with bee's wax from Tim's hives.

I don't usually buy knick-knack memorabilia stuff but I might have hip-checked Bonnie if we had seen that at the same time in the store.

That's a fantastic find and a great souvenir.
Awesome candle as well.

I think she can take you. She has handled Dave all theses years, I’m betting she is pretty tough.

Thank Bonnie for the card. My wife just came in and plopped it down in front of me and asked If I knew her/ who she was!

My answer was she is Daves wife and the card is probably more for you.

Don't be afraid to burn it and don't let it get dusty we can make another one. Annette says this picture is of a test burn and it lasted all day 10 to 12 hours. One thing fun about having the mold is we can reuse the stuff that runs off to the side to make another.

Edit. She said the wax on the far right is the remnants of a votive style that she was testing also. so you won't loose as much as in the picture.
