    Default Report on the Gembloux knife show

    Not really a razor meet per se, but a knife show I attended with several other knifemakers.

    Here you can find all the pictures I took from the meet itself:

    And here are the things I brought home with me:

    Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.
    To spit in Sightblinder’s eye on the Last Day

    Thanks for all the great pictures of the show. Really nice knife that you bought. I did visit the sellers site. Very nice stuff.

    Bruno, looks like you had a great time and got some really cool stuff!

    I just started learning how to stabilize wood myself, with the pretty standard shop-built vacumn chamber and pressure pot using cactus juice. have only done a couple dozen pieces of cottonwood burl, but its pretty cool. mine is mostly for wood, as I have a ton of cottonwood and boxelder burl that I cut from my property and quite a bit left to cut on nice days this winter. I bet you will enjoy stabilizing as it gives you a lot of freedom :}
