Remember to bring some warm clothes, and shoes. The shop is not heated and can get chilly after a while. Standing on cold concrete can get cold.

If you are going to be around hot stuff/forging leather footwear is the best, a piece of red hot metal will melt synthetic shoes. Natural fiber clothing is also safer when forging, sparks and hot metal melt synthetic clothing.

If you are driving, chairs are also a plus, we will need them.

Looking at the forecast and playing it by ear for my plans.

Right now it looks like taking a long drive on Monday and staying to the eastern route. Then sleeping in on Tuesday and taking a shorter later drive might be the best to go.

Driving North and South with the West to East weather patterns I know I will have to drive through something somewhere.

I'm excited. I'm going by a different route this year, weather permitting.

I have two flights on Sunday. Sunday night in Seattle. OKC on Monday afternoon. Dave and TC and I will assemble in OKC and the fun will begin there.

I’m flying into Dallas Tuesday night, unfortunately after the rental car places have closed. Probably crash out for a few hours until they open. Should be in Burkburnett around 8.

We are leaving Phoenix tomorrow morning. I checked the weather forecast and Flagstaff, AZ will be getting 7" + of snow so the new route will be driving to Tuscon then up to Albuquerque, NM for the first half of the drive.
The second leg will be to Oklahoma City by Monday evening.
then on to Burkburnett on Tuesday...... sometime.

Again, I wish I could be there. Perhaps in a way I will be
