Rezdog (Shaun) made knives from old saw blades, turned a bunch of brush handles.
Did some picbone scales in a furious fashion.
Guy was all over the place!
My Corian table-top mysteriously lost some width for some knife handles!
I buttoned-up and literally leaned into the wind to the corner store to treat the Canadian to an old-school Texas tradition.
A Dr Pepper with real sugar!

Dave snuck around and quietly did a variety of things...
John forged and spent tons of time on grinding skills. Had his head down most of the time there at the belts.
Scott and Tim put in a half-day making billets from some old cable Scott scavenged.
Pretty cool!
TIM! What have you DONE?

guys pictures to come, we presented Charlie with a Razor made for him. nothing in his caliber, but it came from all of us.too many to name that contributed but most were at the meet and some didn't make it (BRUNO) (Andy) and others,, this razor started last year, with the help of Charlie without his knowledge. after the meet it traveled to Belgium, Bruno done his magic, then to Idaho where Glen really out did his self doing final polishing and scales. Scott donated time and a beautiful piece of horn that may be the blackest I have ever seen. from there it went into another country. Mikeb52, then applied the personal touch, like only he can. laser engraved the Spazola emblem in the scales and made some medallions.
it arrived at Shaun (Rezdogs) house in time to have a custom box made for it,, bone lined wood outside. it was the final touch to an already special piece. from here on out ill let the guys start sending the pictures,, ill post some later myself Tc by the way Charlie is so deserving of more, but it was a small token of what we feel about the guy“ I,m getting the impression that everyone thinks I have TIME to fix their bikes”

I'm not a "builder" of SRs, but I am a shaver who knows great work when he sees it (and uses it). I also am a big fan of good people who support each other. I had a successful career because I seemed to have the knack for recognizing good people and getting them working well together to do good things for the people who depended on our organization. That's exactly the function SRP provides for wet shavers -- SR, SE or DE!!
This whole thread and the lots of the other threads you spend time on (What are you working on...we have skills too...SOTD, etc.) are testimony to the unique value that SRP provides to all kinds of people with an interest in SRs. It doesn't matter if it's a new guy thinking about buying his first SR, someone asking about brushes, an experienced shaver who wants help with a problem, or someone looking for a new lather technique, no question is too "stupid".
You guys and lots of other members like you take the time to answer, give advice, suggest alternatives, and are friendly and supportive. You also gently correct misleading or unclear answers. To me, that's what forums are supposed to be like, and it's why SRP is the best, bar none.
Thanks for being who you are and sharing as much as you do, and thanks for putting up with those of us who are not experts! Glad y'all had a good time and maybe learned or taught a few new tricks.Just call me Harold

At Shaun's bride's suggestion, he made some earrings for Charlies wife from some extra medallions done by MikeB52...Wish Mike had been there.
We plumb forgot the briskets in the freezer...Some thawing ensued....
Some brought too much stuff. I worry about some of these guys?
WTF?

A grinder build is on my list.
Such a variety of innovations and features were there.
They all hummed-along seemingly trouble-free!
