Such great pics. Thanks to all for taking them.
Awesome to put faces to names with some of my closest virtual friends.
The food alone makes it worth the trip next year judging by the pics. Sausage gravy and biscuits. Never had that and I feel warmer just looking at the pictures.
For the record, humbled to have been a part of that build and also for the record, it was very hard not to sneak in a test shave. But I refrained. Virgin steel when it left Ontario.
Turned out super on all counts..
Tom, I imagined you bigger,, and tc smaller,, go figure.......

Mike you have never had sausage gravy and biscuits? I grew up on it. The more sausage the better. Still one of the best breakfast meals i can think of.
    It's just Sharpening, right?

Nope, there are many rib sticking meals you guys have shared, seemingly staple dishes that have never made it this far north..
We do have poutine though,,, highly recommended up here!

This picture is pretty creepy. Charlie has the look of just having farted.
A puffing of the chest contest?
Could be conjoined triplets with Paco being the little brother.....

OR the devil sitting on their shoulders.....Sorry, Paco, Shaun, and Charlie!

Looks like trouble! Smartest duo I have ever known!

    Make that trio!

I am really happy with the 1095 blade and the fit and feel of the knife.

This is the drill bit Sharpton uses to remove pins. It does not wander off the pin.
He does not file or flatten the top of the pin first and he does not use a center punch. He puts the bit into the drill press then raises the razor pin into the bit. He does not lower the bit into the razor pin.
He takes his time and checks frequently.
Interesting. The drill seems to end in a spike point.
Most larger drils that I have have a tiny bit of 'flat' in the middle.

The thickness of the web center at the cutting end does not cut as well as the outer flutes. Splitting/thinning the web at the point is equivalent to having a smaller diameter starting bit.
