Only 12 weeks remain until this year's Shaving Collectibles Extravaganza and only 2 weeks remain for the special earlybird savings on the meeting registration fee.
People attending previous meetings have only praise for the wonderful shaving items there that are for both for sale and for display. This meeting is an opportunity to meet people who have the same interests as you and also speak the same language: the language of shaving collectibles.
The meeting is being held on October 10-11, 2009, in West Chester, Ohio, and is a joint gathering of The National Shaving Mug Collectors Association, The Straight Razor Place, and the 6th National Shaving Collectibles Meeting. Default Shaving Collectibles Extravaganza

    Hi Fellow Collectors,

Several of you on this thread about the Shaving Collectibles Extravaganza have expressed interest in the meeting and even indicated that you would most likely be attending this year. This meeting, unlike an antique show or market, is not one where you would register or pay at the door, look to see what you might like to buy, and then leave anytime at your own discretion.

The meeting is for collectors, and an entire day of activities is scheduled from presentations, to buying and selling, to displaying, to participating in raffles, and to visiting with fellow collectors across the country who have gathered at the meeting.

There will be no registration at the door. To attend, you must pre-register with payment. It would be preferable to register at least 2-3 weeks before the meeting to guarantee that space will be available. For further information and registration forms, please go to:

    http://www.razormeeting.com

As of right now, the meeting is coming along very nicely and many people have already registered and more are anticipated. If you are a collector and would like to be part of this meeting, we would love to have you attend. If you need any additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me or Lynn Abrams.

Hope to see you in October,

    Jerry Rosenthal
