Thread: Philadelphia Meetup ?

I was thinking sometime this year in Late August, early September time frame.

Anyone game ?

I think it's more likely that late August would work for me than early September. Really, the earlier the better. Then again, there's no guarantee that I'll be able to make it, so take that with a grain of salt.

I'm in Harrisburg and get to Philly often for business. Would be a great spot to meet. I know the cigar shops, and even a place that sells shaving products (mostly brushes, lotions, soaps, etc); good restaurants, pubs, even baseball! Would be happy to suggest places to stay, dine, meet if we choose Phila. Park once and you won't need your car. Late August will probably be good for me.

Lancaster, Reading are ok. But limited options.

Any other interest for a Philadelphia gathering?

Moving to Downingtown in October. In Philly right now actually. I am out here every few weeks for a couple weeks for work.

I know Downingtown rather well, actually.

Looks like a few are starting to trickle in ...

So, who is likely to go? We can try a Saturday near the end of August. Or, suggest another time.

I might be willing to participate . . . they wife and I love Philly.

My brother still lives there, so I visit a lot. It all depends on when and my schedule of course, so don't count on me being there, but it's a possibility for me.

If this pans out, I would be interested!
