UK Razorcon '10?
Hey folks,
Is there any interest in a UK razorcon for 2010?
I'm keen for a get together after having read all the threads about the various meet ups in the US. I figure we're missing out a bit this side of the pond..!
I've added a poll at the top so people can express where they want to meet and when. I've tried to get it so that we can meet when its hopefully sunny and warm as well, always a plus..!
Let me know what you think and lets see what we can come up with.
EDIT: Forgot to add the Midlands into the poll. Could one of the mods please add it? And an option for other?
If you dont see an option you want could you please check "Other" and give details?
Thanks!Last edited by Stubear; 02-16-2010 at 05:31 PM.

Hello Stubear, I've just voted for the North, but I really wouldn't be bothered where or when it was held. Barring unforeseen circumstances, I'd get there.

Thanked: 995I'll be in Wales in the first part of July for an iron art conference with the possibility of some time on my hands. Dunno if I'd be of any use.

Stubear,
South of England for preference, but the Midlands would be OK too

Thanked: 227I voted north england and scotland, I live in haggis land, but I think northern england is an easy middle. For southerners and tartan folk alike

We've done it this side of the pond Stubear, year before last. I organised it and 28 of us met up in Birmingham. Last year it fell by the wayside because of lack of interest and support - maybe also some other stuff too.
It's a lot of work to get going but I wish you luck - it has happened before!
cheers
Stephen

Just as last year: would love to attend, but don't know if I'll be able to. Preferably in the South-West, but that's not at all a must.
