I had no idea there were so many other members in and around Edmonton. I'd be up for a meet in Edmonton in the late spring! As long as it's not in the First week of June.

Thanked: 74I'm pretty available so far. May or June works fine for me.

Thanked: 1195Well, how about a location? To be fair, if we have a good mix of guys from Edmonton and Calgary should we meet in the middle (Red Deer)?
The other proposition, assuming we will have more than one get together, is to have the first meeting in one city, and the second meeting in the other.
Any thoughts?

It's been months if not years since I've posted but definitely interested. I missed the Edmonton meet up and heard good things from Scott of Rasage Poulin.
Schedule permitting...no problem in meeting in either Red Deer or Edmonton (which is really home for me despite being in Calgary for the last 9 years or so)."But you're not as confused as him are you. I mean, it's not your job to be as confused as Nigel. "

Both are good for me. As long as it's not in the first week of June I'll make the trek anywhere in Alberta.

Thanked: 1195Okay, so far we have interested (but not confirmed):
dnjrboy - Edmonton
gssixgun - Sandpoint, Idaho
Catrentshaving - Edmonton
sebell - Calgary
MadButcher - Calgary
Ryan82 - Edmonton
8BallAce - Edmonton
BrianP - Calgary
As I said previously, I'm fairly flexible on the location, but maybe we should do a poll in the interest of fairness. Other than that it looks like a well rounded list of members. I hope this works out, it could be great....

Thanked: 13245Which place is closer to the border
Just kidding, I really haven't taken advantage of the fact that I am only 35 miles away from Canada, so where ever you guys decide is fine by me... I'll have fun either way...

Calgary is further south. To be honest it doesn't really matter Calgary or Edmonton. They are only 3 hours apart. 2 if I'm driving in that time of year

Thanked: 74Edmonton Would be preferable to be, cause it's home, but I'll go any where in Alberta too. The mountains are nice that time of year and it never hurts to take SWMBO someplace nice for the weekend.....
