I've just gone through the meetups forum and posted upcoming events. I'm guessing that many of these are more or less annual; would it be worth the time to go backwards and post things so people can look at, say, last August to know that something's likely to happen again next August?

I think that only a small minority of SRP members check the calendar or meetup forum; I'm just thinking of ways to get more people face to face. My sig file is a start.

I cannot believe that i missed posting on the calendar until 1 day before the start of the event.

Can SRP members subscribe to updates in the calendar ?

Ya, I tried to get the Texas Razor Meet listed but it was a no go.

But it seems that very few people have used it so perhaps it is not worth the effort ?
