Just got back from Bob's. Great showing from a small group! vvti713 hung in great! Infidel came and stayed as long as he could. Vincenzio and savalis1971 were also present and accounted for.
Bob and his wife were excellent hosts and his sister in law threw down some nice food. Lynn was awesome in teaching honing techniques, and razors were honed, even shaves had! An esteemed guest was present in the form of Dr. Bryan C. Lipsen and between him and Lynn, much was learned of the history of SRP. Door prizes were given (thanks, Lynn) and yours truly made out like a bandit with an SRD strop and soap. Bob had the furnace going with some razors and his first knife! Thanks, Bob! Thanks everyone. It was a fine time!"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

Thanked: 12GREAT TIME!!!
I had so much fun. All you guys were great. I hope we can keep doing this and have alot more fun to come. I count you all as dear friends now. I felt so welcome in Bobs house, and his home is beautiful! Bob, You are a true craftsman and a good ol' boy. What can you say about Lynne? When he talks razors and honing, you can feel his passion coming off of him. This man really loves what he is doing. I know he has a hero status around here, so I thought he would be like 14 feet tall when I met him, but its not true. He isnt an inch ove 6' 8". Lets do it again. Spread the word of this sport and at the next meet bring somebody with ya. Thanks all!

I have to agree with all as it was a great time for the short amount I was able to be there! Lynn thank you so much for the wisdom and passion you give so freely to all willing to ask! Bob I will definitely bring down the toys(guns) next time we get together(and be able to stay longer). I am in awe of you both and it was fantastic to be able to put a face(and scars) to everyone in the area from the forum!
