This is just a suggestion, if it's not already booked. Can we do it on the 7th? That's the Saturday. It may be easier for more to show up. Then Holli can come as well.

I just assumed the 6th was a sunday, the 7th or 8th works better for me for sure, maybe you were looking at the may callendar?
Otoh If I have to take a friday off, im not going to be terribly upset
