Being Easter Weekend it was just to hard for me to get away.

When I win this contest I will have more rocks to get involved with and will host a weekend here in the near North. Would love to tie it to August 17 weekend. The Corvette club has a huge Corvette weekend, those that chose could bring spouse and family for some sun and fun at the beach with fast cars.

I have yet to master the Brisket must be the lack of American blood in my veins but I make a killer Pulled Pork with White BBQ sauce.
