I'm with you! A nasty virus went through our house....thought I'd be good to go but after getting my daughter to basketball practice this AM I had to back to bed...hope the meet went well.

It just ended up being me, Tintin, and coachschaller. We did some honing, a bit of razor pinning, and gave a strop lesson... I never broke out the camera!!

Aw man sorry I missed that, would have loved a strop lesson.

How did that meet workout?? I am new and was thinking of trying to do something similar. Any input would be appreciated.

Please let me know when you have your next meet. You taught me so much and I need a good excuse to come visit again.
