Since there was a terrible storm around here, I was not able to get the location squared away. If everyone agrees I will get the room availability for:
1.the first two weekends in December,
2.OR for the days when Birnando can be here
3. OR both.
Let everyone have their say and I'll get this going.
I am hoping we can add a few more folks to the usual suspects that show up.

Both sounds good .. we can do both because my feeling with the holidays coming Dec mayb tough for some, so we could also do the dates in jan after the holidays when more people are around.. But i was thinking for.the Dec meetup either weekend is fine!!

I have no problems with after the holidays..especially if we can get even one more who is traveling from overseas to be apart of it.
January is fine with me!

My tickets are booked today, and I'll be in town from January 10th.
I am to travel west to visit family in Arizona on the 16th.
so, anything in between those two days would be awesome
I have been wanting to meet up with friends I have made on SRP for the longest time, so I would love if it would be at all possible for me to join you guys for this event!Bjoernar
