I usually let Dylan know what I'm bringing (DMTs, Norton 4/8K etc.) so we don't have any duplication. A post a week before the meet indicating common hones and heavy items may be a good idea.

Oh, that is very kind of you mate
Thanks so much for the offer, a wonderful offer indeed.
I am bringing my travel kit though, and must say, I have never had any issues with bringing that in the checked luggage.
Now, bringing 20-30 custom razors is another story all together..
I have sent an email to the US Embassy here in Oslo to see if they can provide me with info on how to go about doing that.
I'm sure they'll let me in, but getting hit by taxes both there and when I return here would be no bueno!
Again, thanks for the offer mate!Bjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

You can shave at the meet and test edges simultaneously.

New York City/ Long island meetup
I'd really like to work on my honing skills at this meet.
If anyone wants to bring a spare razor for me to hone it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanked: 480Chalito,
I am in Brooklyn every few weeks. I would be happy to help you out over a slice of real pizza, or a nice corned beef on rye!

That could be a possible way to bring some stuff over from the other side of the pond
Thanks Jeff, I'll look into that possibility and get back to you.
If it turns out to be too risky or cumbersome, I'll just leave them a home, but a razor meet is more fun with lots of stuff to look atBjoernar
