    I was advised to use the Nagura that come with the Chosera 1k for slurry.
    I found it quite effective, only you have to soak it in water for a few mins before use (its a thirsty stone).
    Now I just use the 1k without the Nagura but it does work. Maybe start with the nagura slurry then finish just with water?
