Very nice. Looks like the elusive brown Escher, unless it's the pic. They're great hones. They put a really nice smooth finish on your blade. The DMT will work fine, and if you like you can take it up to 600-1000 grit wet sandpaper for an ultra smooth finish.
Some use a very light slurry while honing, but plain water is fine too....We have assumed control !
