    It says,
"I am a humble stone from the Imanishi Company. I am light brown in color, I like to slurry & if you treat me nice,
    I hone you, long time."

It says 'lap well to remove this graffiti.'

On a more serious note. Could you ask the seller for a translation?

Edit: I have a Yaginoshima stone with the same last 2 Kanji as on the right side of your stone but have no idea of the translation

It says "Phil and Bob's imported Arkansa stones"

    "America's Finest"

The little sticker is lost in the light but what I read is,,,,, "Tokyo import co. Ltd"
