Thanked: 1184I am thinking now... You could get a chain for it and hang it around your neck. Stay warm all winter and hone on the fly. We have to make more of these...Call em, " hone on a rope warmers". I was thinking Pet Rock but that's already old and used.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Thanked: 2027Read the book the communistic societys of the united states,Pure communism is a good thing as the amish, mormons, mennonites, Quakers practice it today,
I think this country would be a better place if we were all communists, nobody go's without, we all work for the better good of our people.
Let the naysayers begin the tirade

Thanked: 20This is getting out of hand, this forum is about hones. not politics, haters and stones to wear around your neck! This hone is a Thuringian and for whatever reason these people auctioned off for I don't know. I know I plan on using it as hone because it is good for that. Thanks for any honest input and laughs, have a nice day everybody and happy shaving.

ruday555,
Good call on the recognition of the stone. Lots of guys never take the time to honestly research their items. Glad you're one of the exceptions!!
Hang in there, study, research, experiment and ask when it doesn't seem to make sense.
Enjoy the forum and I look forward to your input!!
Best Regards,
