Thanked: 3795Length to width ratio is not right for a 118S, but I do agree that it looks Carborundum-ish and the streaks on the side in the photo are unclear if they are oil streaks or natural to the hone.

Why didnt you post the third picture ? As there is a corner missing, which in general does not tend to break out like this on a "natural" Stone i would tend to a menmade stone....that my last thinking on this one....

Sorry I didn't get that third pic posted. Thanks for all the help guys. I'm pretty sure this stone isn't one that I'd need or ever really use.
