Just had a re-hone and shave off of my Yellow-green Escher last night. Absolutely outstanding shave as usual. If someone can't afford a fancy labeled stone they should still at least try to get one of these bouts, they are fantastic razor stones. If you can't get a good edge from one of these you are doing something wrong somewhere in your progression.

Vintage end cuts and leftovers from the original mined stones.

I don't see any available anywhere right now, but one just sold on the bay a week or so ago. They are out there from time to time. The hunt if part of the fun. Good luck.

It's real hard to do too much with one,, but your new Zulu will give an almost identical edge too. If you get a good one. Tc
