    Using the battle foam system you can make trays that look like this. And they do a 3" deep tray.

    Just cut out the bits to make your hones fit perfectly...

    That tray should fit

    6 hones, 8 razors double stacked in boxes, and a brush.

    There could be room for a few DTM's as well if you dropped 1 hone slot.
