when seeing those pictures combined with the finishing properties a Swedenstein or Sweden Stone spring to my mind, I'm no expert and I don't have one but I do see some resemblence

This functions at a 10K level, perhaps a bit better. Aren't Schwedensteins usually thin and glued to paddles? I still think silkstone is the best id for this I have so far but IDK. All I know is it does a really good job finishing.
