The 15K Welsh hone is a very nice finisher.

It's kind of iritating that this hone doesn't have a proper name, I usually call it "AJ's gray hone" or "AJ's Welsch Gray", then at least people know what I'm talking about.
AJ's Welsch Gray is also kind of quick contrary to the DT and LM hones

Thanked: 3164They are slates - purple slate, green slate, grey slate, black slate. The existed millennia before AJ and will be around long after his passing. Nearly all have been sold before and feature in late 1800s catalogue listings with the names they were given by people long, long ago.
