I have 2 D.R. Droescher 5/8 razors, the Classic & Gold Bug. Both are extra hollow "singing" razors equal quality to Dubl Duck razors. Both are top notch quality so I would assume a Droescher stone "back in the day" was also top quality, so clean it up and try it out. You have a top quality vintage finishing hone.
