Shoes can be fun, too... depending on the shoes, of course.

I received two more artificial hones today... I think they'll go to the workshop this weekend for a test honing. One is 15cmx35mm, one grit. One is 20cmx50mm, two grits, in a workshop-made hardwood case. The one in the case is definitely an oil-stone based on the smell.

But old boots do make for great restoration projects. My main shoes are Swiss army mountaineering boots from the 60's/70's and a pair of Czechoslovakian boots from the early 90's or older. Apart from my Tony Mora square toe boots, of course.

I think I don't need to buy any shoes for the next 30 years.

I do not suffer from HAD

They are simply tools that I use, each has a purpose

Now Razors are a different story I do have many that I haven't used in well over a year or two those I do collect sometimes just for the sake of collecting. but Stones and Hones are tools only so no matter how many I have it isn't HAD

** I have a lot of Screwdrivers too and Hammers**

Yeah. I'd love to get my hands on another Fernsler. I still haven't gotten a Frictionite 00 yet But, I'm in check. This BLING thread is of NO help, however.

Surprisingly, no mentions of the Gukumyo 20K. That's one that I will probably get in the future at some point.
