I love the Chosera 1 K I now hate my Norton 1k in comparison. I use the Norton only for kitchen knives now, they all work once you get to know them. I don't have any experience with a Naniwa ss 1 k but considering the other Naniwa ss I have work very nicely im sure it will be a great stone as well.

I use the Naniwa Professional P310 (new Chosera), haven't found a better one yet.
