Thanked: 2I have the dragons tongue and Welsh slate. Would anyway be able to let me know how I might touch up a previously shave ready razor? Thanks

Thanked: 1081Hi Kyle, hope all is going ok.
If you're talking about your razor from steve at the invisible edge before you do anything drop him an email and ask him if he used tape to hone, this will save you a whole lot of grief.
Then read everything in the SRP honing section and watch lynn abrams youtube vid on refreshing.
Then when you feel ready 10-20 weight of the blade laps should bring your razor back to form.

Thanked: 481I'll second that. I would start with the Welsh slate and a little pure water. If that didn't quite get it I'd try a slurry progression on it before dropping back to the dragon's tongue.
