Not sure i never owned an "Ideal/Perfect" Abziehstein, but as far as i remember those were not artifical stones with thuringian material.

The print of the label was:
"Ideal - Bester künstlicher Abziehstein" für Rasiermesser und feine Instrumente
"Ideal - Best Synthethic Razor Hone" for razors and instruments

The stone could be used with water or oil, which fits to the print from the Stukenbrok Catalog,
it was t a full size stone which filled the package complete and contained no rubbing stone.

There was an Export Version of it where it was called "Perfect" best artifical stone for fine Knives and Steel tools.
