The screenshot you provided was not the Chosera line, those are the SuperStone line in the screenshot.
Chosera are now known as the Naniwa Professional series.
This is what it would cost for the Chosera 1k,3k and Original Snow White 8k, its a bit steep in price but you did ask about fastest speed, this would be about as fast as you can get on a known and proven progression, although Euclid's progression of using the Nubatama Ume 1k,Naniwia Green Brick 2k, and the Snow White would probably be great as well.
