Thanked: 2Zulu Grey
Anyone had any experience with the Zulu Grey hones? I emailed them and was told 5-7 working days after receiving payment for processing then 10 for shipping. Placed order and paid on 7/12. Still in processing. I've emailed asking for an update and no response.
Am I overreacting and this normal for them?

Known to be good sellers, Lots of people have them.
The company is known not to hold a lot of stock and that can delay an order if they have a backlog.
I've seen posts about slow delivery, but never about not receiving a rock.
Check your bank as see if there has been an issue with it clearing. Other than that it's a waiting game.Last edited by Iceni; 08-12-2016 at 12:11 AM.

You can rest assured your order will be filled, sometimes they have delays because of stock. Michael won't send it until he has the quality he wants. I waited over a month when I got mine, be patient and the wait will be worth it once you unlock the stones secrets. Tc

Thanked: 2Ahh, ok. That makes sense. I was afraid there was a problem. It would've been nice to know there was a delay.

Thanked: 77I ordered a 10 x 3. I instead got a 11.5 x 3 so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Thanked: 2Update: Heard from Michael this morning. There was a slight issue in production and some technical difficulties that should be ironed out in the next couple of weeks. He offered to compensate me for the inconvenience, but I told him it wasn't necessary. Maybe I should've talked him into getting first in line of the new production Wade and Butchers coming next year. Oh well. Guess I was paranoid for nothing. Just a little weary after the Ark nightmare.
