Thread: Do I need to send this new Naniwa 12k back?

We live in a world where shoddy workmanship and poor service are the norms. Folks expect it and that's not the way it should be.

I would examine it very carefully under high magnification. Where there's smoke there is fire. You already know it has damage. It could have micro cracks and with use especially water it could spread and enlarge and a year from now who knows. Then what do you do?
