I believe ya got a good one, B. They are remarkable hones, just takes a bit to learn them. I've got four, all do something different from the other. I use them as a progression from cutter to finisher.

I have a coti with the same stamp. It says "Barber's Special" on the top and "Belgian Hone" on the bottom. Mine is my favorite coticule by far. Its a amazing finisher and great with dilucot before an Escher finish. Great all around hone. Enjoy!
