Default Any thoughts on the new "La Lune"?

The reintroduced La Lune's have been out for awhile but I haven't seen any mention... I was curious if anyone got their hands on one and had any thoughts.

HAD is a b****. Still regretting not ordering an Apache Strata when I had the chance...

I notice they are available in North America from Griffiths Shaving Goods.

I am seriously trying to combat my HAD.

I’m also incredibly curious about these stones.

Gosh darn it, somebody buy one already!

I will probably get one mid to late June, after I arrive in Japan.

Do you remember stroking my HAD a few days ago David?

I think you should buy a La Lune, you need one. How can you even sleep knowing that you can't hone properly without one.

Go on , buy one, buy one, you need one, buy one

Just to put all rumours to rest, I did not stroke or touch Steve’s HAD in any way.

I have enough trouble managing my own.

    Default "La Lune," just delivered

    Hi. I'm Paul, and I have H.A.D.

I ordered a "La Lune" stone from the website (www.1stone.fr/categorie-produit/pierres-1stone/)
    on April 12th.

It was shipped from France (via La Poste Francais) on April 14th.

It arrived here today (May 1st), via USPS, all in good order.

Opened parcel - newspaper and bubble wrap packing

The color of the stone in the photos is not quite true. It has a purplish hue, and very much
resembles a 3-line Swatty. The working surface is very smooth, but there are some very faint
saw marks. It feels perfectly smooth, but it could perhaps use a bit of burnishing...or maybe
    just a bit of use.

    We'll see how it hones.

Question: What should I use to seal the trademark emblem?

Nice looking stone. Some of the links don't seem to work for me ???? Just thought I'd let you know.

By the way, I can't remember who it was who said: "If it's Alcoholics Anonymous, why is it that the first thing they want you to do is to say your name"?
