Is there one japanese manufacturer that makes these stones for several companies?

I guess once you get into the 8000/10000/12000 range some of this becomes subjective.

If nothing else, I like the logo...

There is more than one japanese stone manufacturer, but many other companies have stone produced by them for their own brand.

The knife guys at knife forums seem to prefer the naniwa 10k over this stone, i'd be interested to know if anyone has tried a razor on this.
