No i didnīt get a slurry stone with my coti but thats probably because I didnīt buy it from Rob directly but from a barber shop here in Sweden due to the amazingly high shipping costs from belgium ... Although Iīm thinking of buying a cotcarb from Rob . Anyone got any experience of those ?

    Wink

You can use a penny in a pinch. It only costs 1 cent. That is what I used prior to buying a slurry stone. Good luck.

Now that's keeping it simple, and it's something I certainly never thought of before!

I have a small piece of (very yellow) coticule that, when used to raise a slurry on my slow-but-great-finishing coticule, makes it cut *fast*.

A soft piece of yellow coticule used as a rubbing stone on a very hard coticule makes for an amazing combination.
