Before I vote for a stone.....

Do you plan to use it with oil? or water? or lather?

If you plan to use Oil, I say you already have the Translucent on the other one, stick with that...I prefer oil on the Arkansas stones, it seems to give a bit better feedback than water.

If you like Water, then I think you should go with the Dalmore Blue, I particularly like it, nice quick slurry, cuts pretty well, and great for a mid level stone before the finishers.

If Lather is your thing, go with the Dragon's Tongue, it seems to work better with a thick lather than water or oil...I think the lather helps to hold the slurry better and gives a faster cut.

waiting for one of those rubber stones patiently

I'd like a coticule on the other side for a "one hone fits all" kind of object.
Which one are you going to take with you if you can only take one? This one

I generally use mineral oil, when im honing...due to the fact that it also washes off easy with detergent.
