Thanked: 402Just what I wanted to hear
Fede I remember you've told me.
Will try anyway. A good semi coarse natural bevel setter is actually pretty scarce, isn't it?

Seems interesting! I'm looking for a natural bevel setter too, but here the standard shape for Pradalunga hones - for a fair price - is this (and here you can read that they have been mentioned since 79 a.C., used with water). Also, they are called.. coti!

Thanked: 402Oh yes, already stressed this site and Google maps, LOL
I've been there before but not under mineralogical aspects.
Too bad actually.
Fede if they sell them rectangular to that german vendor,
I'm sure you could get one of that shape down there as well.

I'll give a chance to my Candia stone before, but that website could be a good option. Pay attention, since Pradalunga stones (aka Cotis) sometimes are sintetic stones sold under the same name (I've read sometimes that Pradalunga stones are available as natural or sintetic stones ).

Thanked: 402If that can be a synthetic stone
I'll make a test - or more than one!
Its clearly offered as a natural and fear me if it isn't!
I really don't need a pound of goo!
