    I've used Norton 1k and Nani 1k both are great, my only concern if you are looking for durable the Nani might be a little soft (I was honing out a chip and the rough edge actually scratched the hone- not a lot, but I'd imagine if you were to reset hundreds of ragged bevels it may run its course) but I don't know much, having only honed a handful. They both cut well though.
